Assessment

Our practice offers a comprehensive occupational therapy assessment for children, using a variety of standardized and functional assessments as well as parent questionnaires. The assessment begins with parent’s concerns for their child, and ends with refinement of an individualized treatment plan with developmental, measurable, achievable goals. The comprehensive assessment includes a full medical report to share with the physician, school and key members of your family’s team. Assessments may be medically focused or IEP-related. Focused reassessments are available for those with past OT assessments.
